Many of these arrests happened only because suspects were already in local custody for other violations. Now, under SB245, these individuals will be released back into our neighborhoods instead of being turned over to federal authorities. How does releasing sex offenders make our citizens safer? This is a question the radical agenda in Annapolis must be forced to answer.
