There are three areas where every developer should focus on right now: 1. Learning how to use AI as a copilot 2. Learning how to be a copilot for AI 3. Learning how to build tooling for the future of AI Reality check: AI is here. AI isn't going... show more

I didn't want to believe this, but AI has gotten really good at building many things from scratch. In the video, I used @DatabuttonHQ to build a market dashboard. What should have taken a week's worth of work took a few hours. Databutton specializes in building full-stack applications using React on the front end and Python on the back end. I think this gives them a huge advantage: They can fine-tune their models on a very focused tech stack and make them better than anyone else. You can sign up here: They have a bunch of templates from which you can start. Thanks to the @DatabuttonHQ team for all their support and collaborating with me on this post.

Here is a link to the video, in case you prefer to watch it on YouTube:

Agreed. Start with piloting AI copilots in narrow workflows—measure impact on velocity. Then layer tooling where ROI proves out. Legacy systems? Integrate, don’t replace. Iterate.

this is so dope @svpino

Hey Santiago, I just got into physics, should I drop it and go all in on AI?

Curious about the role developers have as copilots for AI; quite an intersection.

Developers need to be learning how and why a Graph is the pillar of AI development, especially agents. See this 👇

Any guide on how to builf tools for the future AI?

🔥 Nailed it. #1 helps you move faster. #2 makes sure you're steering, not just watching. #3? That’s where the next wave of builders will shape the world.

Fascinating trifecta - I'm particularly curious about the dance between #2 and #3, like pandas teaching bamboo to grow in new patterns while the bamboo teaches us patience.
