Gold continues to prove its strength as a monetary hard asset and we're seeing the importance of that value play out in real time at Hycroft Mining. The latest drilling at Brimstone resulted in H26D-6169 intersecting 82.7 meters at 87.52 g/t silver and 0.77 g/t gold, including 19.4 meters at 108.19 g/t silver and 2.10 g/t gold. Rick Rule sees silver as a speculation, saying he buys gold for fear and silver for greed. His preferred way to play it is through silver equities, not physical silver, because he believes many silver stocks are cheaper than the metal itself. With less than 20% of annual supply coming from primary silver mines and industrial demand still growing, he expects the next precious metals bull phase to eventually shift leadership from gold to silver, creating explosive upside in the right silver stocks.
