I often see people ask what determines whether they will be profitable or not… And to summarize the people who have attempted to learn under me and fail… they are either “arrogant or lazy”. They are either too arrogant to accept that what they previously knew doesn’t work, too arrogant to watch my lessons because they think they know the concepts already, and too arrogant to ask questions. Or. They are too lazy to collect data, too lazy to watch my lessons or attend market / trade reviews, and too lazy to follow the path that pathed for them. Theres no magic pill or outside factor that dictates whether or not an individual will become profitable or not… it’s just their effort and commitment to the progress.

The strengthening of democracy is not rooted in rigid doctrines but in the rhythms of everyday actions, behaviours, and practices of individual societies. Differences of political opinion or party aside, a common purpose unites us all - the aspiration to build a free, democratic, egalitarian, and humane Bangladesh. In the wake of the student-led and public uprising that toppled the previous autocratic regime, a rare and transformative opportunity has emerged to realise that common purpose. However, this opportunity is fragile. It must not be undermined by the schemes of exiled autocrats and their allies or by unnecessary divisions within the democratic forces dedicated to the nation’s progress. Vigilance and unity are imperative to safeguard this moment of potential. We need to continue putting the country's needs ahead of any personal or political gain. Establishing democratic norms won't be an easy path but I have full faith in the people of Bangladesh and their will to realise that norm.

This is how I think modern social teams should be structured 👇 Effective social media for established brands is not "a person". It's not just that it's too much of a workload for one person (it is), it's that the skills needed for social media management and for creating content are different and both time consuming. Small and new brands have to work with what they got, but for any growing or established brands, social media needs two person attention. Then growing a larger team can focus on: Creator - focused on daily performing content creation Social media manager - Posting, moderation (before community management hire), analytics, strategy and shoot support, and company comms. Second creator - more content creation in a different style, for another network, with a different approach, or enabling better content working as a group Editor (creator support + repurposing and editing other content, ad cuts etc) Community manager (moderation, first level of spport, customer research, influencer and UGC outreach) and many savvy brands build an army of creators and community managers, especially with tiktok shop, but that's another video…
