The schools don't have textbooks. Because you don't give boards funds to buy them and there is no mandate to use physical text books in class. Do your job. Give teachers standard textbooks to use in class.

You also do that by limiting class sizes so every student has a chance to learn. By supporting teachers instead of demonizing them. By ensuring all students feel safe and accepted in school to learn.

I mean funding education properly would probably do more than restricting technology You going to provide every student a Chromebook? Cause 2-4 per class with 28 students doesn’t quite cut it
