Fitness influencers are lying to you for content. Abs are important and there are so many great ways to sculpt them. Don’t listen to fitness models telling you that to build a long lean hourglass waist many exercises are bad but other random ones are good (without any reasoning whatsoever). It’s just a bunch of nonsense. Especially those telling you to skip oblique exercises. Obliques are structurally and aesthetically important. Don’t ignore them.
