I worked in produce warehouses for a few years. We would send people up to move the produce to a different pallet. Once we get it halfway we were normally good.

I worked in a grocery distribution center as a forklift driver for years. The guy standing on the pallet in the air is breaking OSHA rules. The pallet in the air should be shrink wrapped but it’s not. All failures.
