In 1995, 77.1% of global primary energy was provided by fossil fuels (coal, natural gas, and oil). As of 2024, 76.4% still comes from fossil fuels. That's a 0.7 percentage point drop in 30 years. World governments have spent TRILLIONS of dollars on “green” energy projects, and it has barely made a dent in the energy mix (note, these figures are based on the substitution method for fair comparison, so it slightly lowers fossil fuel figures). The fact is that renewable energy sources, like them or not, are largely add-ons to existing energy sources (primarily fossil fuel and nuclear power) that provide us transient savings in optimal conditions. That may change in the future with battery backup as they become cheaper, but that still won't address the fact that oil is STILL going to be needed for lubricants, plastics, fertilizers, etc. Oil is the backbone of modern society, so even if it were to no longer to be used as fuel, it will be used in another capacity and wars will be fought over it.

Help! International Community During the past days, the occupying forces of Iran, under the command of Khamenei, killed the peaceful uprising of our nation's children in the cities of Kermanshah, Lorestanat and Bakhtiari with direct fire. Today, in the brutal attack of the Islamic Republic troops on the peaceful march of the people of Malekshahi, Ilam, at least 7 young people of the Kurdish nation have died and dozens of people have been injured without access to hospitals. In addition to this, the government forces raid people's homes and have arbitrarily arrested dozens of people and made their fate unknown. The knife will likely be twisted in Moscow if there is an opening. There’s a lot to burn at the refinery and the consequences will be long-lasting. It will cause fuel to be diverted from other areas and the air defense ring strengthened at the expense of the rest of the country. Every time you hear the term "Fossil Fuels" on the tv, radio, news etc., you're being lied to. In 1892, at the Geneva Convention, the smartest man in the oil industry J.D. Rockefeller paid scientists to call oil a "fossil fuel" to induce the idea of scarcity, in order to set a world price for oil. The truth is oil is actually the second most prevalent liquid on earth next to water, and regenerates within the earth faster than it can be depleted.

My contribution to the fuel shortage I promise without question give up all use of fossil fuel with around 400,000 other $$$ conscious Australians! I wonder if there is any thanks to EV owners taking this pressure off fossil fuel supplies? The Israeli military said on Saturday it struck several fuel storage complexes in Tehran which it said were used by Iran's military forces. The IDF said Iran's military makes "direct and frequent use of these fuel tanks to operate military infrastructure." Through them, it said, the Islamic Republic distributes fuel to various consumers, including military entities in Iran.
