These people clearly do not understand how deportation operations work. At this point, it doesn’t matter if you have a criminal record. If you are here illegally you’re going to be sent home.

HSI usually gets involved if there is an additional serious crime besides being an illegal alien. My guess is this person has far more in his criminal history than being in the country illegally.
