Feds are getting better, but still mostly all talk and no bite. Geofence the area, ID phones in perimeter, figure out who was there, correlate video with photo ID, then arrest all. But @DHSgov seems to not be interested in doing any of this.

@cloud1a7 I know getting out would be dangerous but you guys are lethal! Why would you not make sure they were arrested right there and then? Call for backup, if they tried to leave, follow them! These people need to be off the streets, not emboldened to keep acting a fool
