These prosciutto/provolone rollups can be tough when it’s hard to separate the prosciutto slices without breaking them. The trick is to put the prosciutto in the freezer for 10 minutes before rolling.

Good idea, after I screw around taking the meat off the wrapper it looks like it was mauled by a bear.

😂

I find it's even easier if you put the prosciutto back in the fridge and use salami or pepperoni instead.

😂

I think my husband would love this if we could only find some sliced sharp provolone around here. Alas!

I've never seen sharp provolone but I'd hit that!

I prefer salami

I can buy ribeye, brisket etc frozen thinly sliced meat. Put anything inside is easy

I found some thin sliced ribeye rolled like that. I used it in my fajitas

I buy the Fiorucci brand from Sprouts already made because I’m very lazy in the kitchen, but they only contain cheese, pork and salt and no additives.

Oh my gosh, my husband and I absolutely love those and yes, the struggle is real! I am gonna try this!

Speaking of your advice, what type of ricotta do you use? Looking at all the ingredients in mine last night at the grocery I left everything and didn’t buy.

I like lamangna

My family has a rollup. Slice of meat, beef or ham, a dab of cream cheese, and a Claussen pickle.

Oh my!! I’m in need! 😄

Excellent wrapped around native steamed asparagus too

My favorites!!!!

Now I am hungry 🤣😂🤣😂

They sell the 3 packs at Costco for $15 with like 10 in each one

These are the small little tips that make your account so very valuable

Thanks Sal!

mmm I could use one of those right now lol

Well, there you go! This will be very very welcome because it’s always a hassle Once again, thanx

I bet those are tasty!

Yeah buddy!

Excellent tip! Love this snack😋

Daggumit chef! Now I gotta start rollin' my own ..😆

Save you some $

I do this with turkey, ham, or salami. I haven’t been able to get roast beef lately.

Excellent snack...used to do it arugula and pear, but now, not so much, although those do pair well.

OMG this works!??

Many times you can get prosciutto at the deli. I find if you ask nicely, they will usually put a of paper between each slice.

Great tip!!

Nice tip! Never thought of that...

Well shoot. I wish I had known that about 4 decades ago. All that fiddling I've done needlessly 🤣

Whilst a fav quick snack of mine, if one needs a video to do this, they're functionally retarded Any meat & any cheese, bam! awesomeness Though I'm a fan of slapping some real mayo or proper spicy mustard in the middle

🤤

Just a recomend from another meat and cheese lover @AldiUSA has a store brand with 10 rolls for 5.5 $ ready to eat and they use provolone and 3 types of ham 🐖
