That person who walks into the doctor's office, takes a few notes, and walks out? Not medically trained. They want THEM giving shots. 🦷Dental hygienists. Now being authorized to administer vaccines in some states. Let that sink in. Vaccination is a medical procedure that can cause injury and death. Pre-screening matters. Knowing how to identify and respond to reactions matters. Understanding which patients are susceptible to adverse events matters. And they want to hand this responsibility to people with no medical training whatsoever. This is a policy. Expand the pool of people who can inject you, remove any meaningful medical oversight, and push these products as far and as wide as possible. You're trivializing the seriousness of pre-screening, of education on reactions, and giving it to people that are not medically qualified. This is exactly why the bills prohibiting vaccine mandates altogether matter so much.
