She performed strategic deterrence patrols in the Pacific for 21 years, then in November 2003, she entered Puget Sound Naval Shipyard to undergo a mid-life reactor refueling and a complete reconfiguration. Over roughly three years, she was transformed from a nuclear deterrent platform into a Special Forces Clandestine Command Center with dual Dry Deck Shelter capability & ability to launch a 154 Tomahawk salvo in 6 minutes. Points of Note: 1) the surge of attendees consumed every crevice of the venue unlike the DDS rallies 2) the video is clear. It is a wide aerial shot using daylight. There are no creative angles nor lighting to confuse the viewer unlike the DDS rallies. 3) the rally was boycotted by Imee Marcos unlike the DDS rallies. The evidence is clear. The Marcos-Romualdez have the real numbers of real Filipinos unlike the DDS with nothing but edited photos, grabbed videos, troll armies and fake news.
