"So there are many people who didn't have the shots who are noticing changes in their health. And I think, as a family doctor, what I'm seeing the most is recurrent infections and mostly viral infections, but some people with recurrent bacterial infections as well. And this is, just as doctor Villa mentioned, from this assault on our immune system. And, of course, the cancers are part of that and the autoimmune problems are part of that. But I think the most critical thing is that we've all been spiked, and, therefore, we all need to take measures to deal with that." **While I agree the injections are bioweapons and the UN (and whoever else is in the global cabal) wants to depopulate Earth, I believe it is more likely the cause of COVID is a chemical weapon and not a virus.

What seemed like an intractable problem is now possible: To design proteins with a specified nonlinear mechanical response, capturing complex folding and unfolding mechanisms in singe and few-shot computations. We present ForceGen, an end-to-end algorithm for de novo protein generation based on nonlinear mechanical unfolding responses. Rooted in the physics of protein mechanics, this generative strategy provides a powerful way to design new proteins rapidly, including exquisite and rapid predictions about their dynamical behavior. Proteins, like any other mechanical object, respond to forces in peculiar ways. Think of the different response you'd get from pulling on a steel cable versus pulling on a rubber band, or the difference between honey and glass. Now, we can design proteins with a set of desirable mechanical characteristics, with applications from health to sustainable plastics. The key to solving this problem was to integrate a protein language model with denoising diffusion methods, and using accurate atomistic-level physical simulation data to endow the model a first-principles understanding. ForceGen can solve both forward and inverse tasks: In the forward task, we can predict how stable a protein is, how it will unfold and what the forces involved are, all given just the sequence of amino acids. In the inverse task, we can design new proteins that meet complex nonlinear mechanical signature targets. The mechanics of proteins are critical elements of many living systems - as evidenced in many studies of mechanobiology. Through evolution, nature has presented a set of remarkable protein materials with unique mechanical functions like elastins, silks, keratins or collagens that play crucial roles in biology. However, going beyond natural designs to discover proteins that meet specified mechanical properties remains challenging. So far, the only way to do this was to use existing evolutionary concepts or to manually alter proteins. With our new generative model we can directly design proteins to meet complex nonlinear mechanical property-design objectives. ForceGen leverages deep knowledge on protein sequences from a pretrained protein language model and maps mechanical unfolding responses to create proteins. Via full-atom molecular simulations for direct validation from physical and chemical principles, we demonstrate that the designed proteins are de novo, and fulfill the targeted mechanical properties, including unfolding energy and mechanical strength, and a detailed unfolding force-separation curves. ForceGen offers rapid pathways to explore the enormous mechanobiological protein sequence space unconstrained by biological synthesis, to enable the discovery of new protein materials with superior mechanical properties. What could Alphafold 4 look like? (Sergey Ovchinnikov, Ep #3) 2 hours listening time (links below) To those in the (machine-learning for protein design) space, Dr. Sergey Ovchinnikov (Sergey Ovchinnikov) is a very, very well-recognized name. A recent MIT professor (circa early 2024), he has played a part in a staggering number of recent great papers in the field: ColabFold, RFDiffusion, Bindcraft, automated design of soluble proxies of membrane proteins, elucidating what protein language models are learning, conformational sampling via Alphafold2, and many more. Of course, all these papers were group efforts, but Sergey's name comes up astonishingly frequently! And even beyond the research that have come from his lab in the last few years, the co-evolution work he did during his PhD/fellowship also laid some of the groundwork for the original Alphafold paper, being cited twice in it. This is a two hour conversation with him, asking every question I could think of. We talk a lot about the COVID jabs causing cancer, blood clots, myocarditis, etc. But don't forget about (spreadable) prion diseases! "As a scientist, I'm having to listen very carefully to the eugenicists and those people who dream of a far lower number of human beings...." Dr. Kevin McCairn, PhD (Kevin W. McCairn PhD), a retired Principal Investigator at the Korea Brain Research Institute Systems Neuroscience and Movement Disorders Laboratory, describes during a discussion posted by Health Alliance Australia how the spike protein of both SARS-CoV-2 and the spike coded by the mRNA COVID injections is an engineered prion. (For reference, a prion is a misfolded protein that causes other proteins in the brain to misfold, leading to fatal brain diseases.) Health Alliance Australia notes in its description of this interview that these "weaponized prions" have "grave implications for humanity because [they] are far more dangerous than viruses." Health Alliance Australia adds in its description that "The most commonly known prion disease is CJD or Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, which is a spongiform encephalopathy where the brain becomes spongy, wastes away, and ultimately leads to a horrible death. Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s are other neurodegenerative diseases associated with prions." Considering the deployment of these "weaponized prions," McCairn says that "as a scientist, I'm having to listen very carefully to the eugenicists and those people who dream of a far lower number of human beings on this planet." The scientist adds, "if you wanted a method to do that, well, you're going to struggle through normal viral or bioweapon means... whereas the spread of prion within a population would be very, very difficult to detect unless you are specifically looking for these misfolded proteins." ---------------Partial transcription of clip-------------- "So SARS CoV-2 spike amyloid fibrils specifically and selectively accelerates amyloid fibril formation of, and this is the critical part, human prion protein and the amyloid beta peptide. And this means that we have to take a very, very long hard look at what this means with respect to biowarfare strategies and techniques because prions have been a subject of biowarfare research for a long time. "The problem was that you could aerosolize prion, the protein, and it's lethal in that respect. But the spreading is limited. And but as I mentioned earlier, as they focused on the weaponization and contraction, honing down the peptide sequences to their most essential disease causing elements, I think that they've been focusing on how to find a way to get prion to spread person to person, not directly with even though we consider prion disorder, what's called TSEs, transmissible spongiform encephalopathies. Meaning, we know that if you come into contact with them, ingest them, there's a high chance that you'll develop the prion disease and you'll have a bad outcome, meaning invariably death. Horrible death at that. A horrible death. It's not pretty. "So, I'm just gonna read out the part that I've got highlighted here. So they say, we here provide evidence of significant spike amyloid fibril seeded acceleration of amyloid formation of CJD associated human prion protein using an in vitro conversion assay. So what that means is that just it's not in cell test systems yet. It's just they're doing the molecular biochemistry in a manner in which they can detect change over time. Right? And so you basically take this epitope sequence. And so they say, we showed that the amyloid fibril formation of, in this case, Alzheimer associated amyloid beta-142 was accelerated by spike amyloid fibrils of 7 different 20 amino acid long peptides, spike 532 to 551 meaning just this 20 amino acid long sequence, was the most efficient at seeding human prion protein, whilst another segment, 601 to 620, was most effective at seeding amyloid beta. "Now if you just look at the data from their experiment, the fastest reaction that they have is with the conversion to the human prion, the scrapy form, meaning the diseased form of the prion protein in the data set, which is just this cluster down here, Spike532 seed. And so when we see a signal like this on top of all the other data points that we've seen over the last 4 years, it's incumbent upon us to think, have these people through malfeasance, perhaps perhaps it was just a research project, gone [wrong] or at this stage. It's it's difficult to say for certain it's these groups. "But, I think, as a scientist, I'm having to listen very carefully to the eugenicists and those people who dream of a far lower number of human beings on this planet. And if you wanted a method to do that, well, you're going to struggle through normal viral or bioweapon means, right? So you could go for the bacterial route, but there's likely we'd develop countermeasures in that respect. We can deal with them and the onset of sickness, etcetera, has very typical presentations, whereas the spread of prion within a population would be very, very difficult to detect unless you are specifically looking for these misfolded proteins. "And then remember, we're in an we're in an area where the it's more complex than just like for like conversion. We now have to operate in a world of what's called cross-seeding amyloidogenic peptide seeds, meaning these small, small epitopes."

Dr. Abhishek Shukla (Geriatrician) explained an important fact about sweat and body odor. Many people think sweat itself smells bad, but this is not true. Sweat, in its pure form, is actually odorless. It has no foul smell at all. This is the first thing everyone should understand clearly. Then why does sweat sometimes cause such a strong smell from the body, socks, or shoes? The answer lies in the bacteria living on our skin. Our skin naturally has millions of bacteria. When sweat comes out, it contains water along with some proteins and fats. These bacteria use those proteins and fats as food. During digestion, they produce certain by-products, and these by-products are what create the bad smell. The strength of body odor depends on three major things — the type of sweat gland, the kind of bacteria on the skin, and external factors like food, lifestyle, and environment. There are two main sweat glands in our body: 1. Eccrine glands These are present on exposed parts of the body like the face, hands, and forehead. They mainly produce water and salt. Their main job is to cool the body. In hot weather, sweat evaporates from the skin, taking heat away and reducing body temperature. This sweat usually causes very little odor. 2. Apocrine glands These are found mainly in the armpits and groin area. They become active after puberty and during stress or anxiety. The sweat from these glands is thicker and richer in proteins and fats. Because of this, bacteria get more food and produce stronger-smelling compounds. The common bacteria involved are Staphylococcus and Corynebacterium. They break down sweat and produce chemicals like propionic acid, which creates a sour or pungent smell. Food also affects body odor. Onion, garlic, and spicy foods can change the smell of sweat. Stress can also increase odor because it activates apocrine glands. So remember: Heat → Eccrine glands → Water + Salt → Less odor Stress → Apocrine glands → Protein + Fat → More odor These are the basic facts behind sweat smell. It is impossible for all NATO allies to be like Turkiye. Why? This is because there are some countries within the alliance that demand all kinds of assistance without assuming any operational responsibility or join missions, and some has been engaging in hostile actions and lobbying efforts for years with the aim of hindering the progress of other NATO countries. Not only has this country failed to make any financial or military contributions to NATO, but it is also attempting to weaken NATO from within in order to hinder the progress of countries like Turkiye—which carry out NATO missions under the NATO flag from the Baltic states to Eastern Europe. Let’s turn to the other aspect of the issue: the question of being like Turkiye. Just think about it this way; What business does a country that can’t even build a cheap commercial ship have in the same military alliance as one that can produce over 50 warships including destroyers, aircraft carriers and submarines at the same time? Can the perception of power and alliance ever be the same between a country capable of delivering thousands of AG munitions in a single shipment and a country that is delighted even to purchase just 30–40 AG munitions? Can a country with only 150-170 tanks that could be considered "modern" in its inventory be the same as one that is building facilities capable of delivering 100 tanks a year? Can there be a spirit of unity between a country that can develop and fly a 5th-generation fighter jet, and build facilities to produce 24+9 KAAN fighter jets/year and a country that, upon purchasing 20-25 4th-generation aircraft, immediately thinks of provocation, illegal actions and violating treaties for expanding ? As long as NATO fails to purge own parasites within its union, other countries will be forced to walk with a burden on their backs. Without these types of freeloaders—who don’t shoulder any of the alliance’s burdens—NATO could be a much stronger military organization. They're of no use—at least we'd be spared the harm they cause. Imagine flying side by side in battle with the incompetents who crashed a plane into parked fighter jets during a NATO exercise or caused a helicopter to crash into the sea in other exercise while flying at low altitude.
