This absolute trash from Ashley is why I use an AMEX. Easiest chargeback there ever was. Abysmal.

@AshleyHomeStore Quinn, unsolicited advice, don't cheapen out in "baby" furniture. When they grow up and start walking they open & climb everything and it's a recipe for disaster.

@AshleyHomeStore Why go the chargeback route instead of just getting a refund from Ashley themselves? I buy everything on debit and that’s worked just fine in my experience

@AshleyHomeStore Wife and I got a dresser, I felt the same way about the drawers but ours open all the ways or hats weird yours don't

@AshleyHomeStore They either used the wrong drawer slides or they intended the member holes to be near the rear of the shelf and they got them backwards at the factory.

@AshleyHomeStore IKEA MALM (though looking differently) is $200 in comparison. For better quality, if I can see that right.
