This bugs me more than it should. This is Ghostty, but it happens to other software. Characters on the corners are cropped by the border radius of the window. I like macOS in general, but wish Apple would roll back the rounded corners a tad.

Ghostty on macOS now copies multiple formats into the clipboard. If you paste into rich text apps now, it'll preserve formatting! If you paste plain text, that'll work too. I think Ghostty may be the only macOS terminal other than the built-in to do this. Coming soon to GTK.

Since v14, FSD has this weird obsession with moving from the inner lane to the outer lane during a left turn. For me, it happens on every two-lane left turn. And it does it in a very jerky, dangerous way — even if it means cutting in front of another car, FSD will still insist on doing it. Is this because FSD is more afraid of hitting the curb at the corner than of getting rear-ended by someone else? This really feels like a serious bug to me. I’m not sure whether it’s because the model is overfitted to avoid curbs during turns, or because it was trained to always end up in the rightmost lane after a left turn. I honestly don’t know, but I really hope this gets fixed soon.

👇🏾This is what they call being clever by half. This was a skit that started off in defense of Nnamdi Kanu but after this point, they switched the character because they would have shot themselves in the foot. But the general social media audience is dull so I don’t expect them to pick it.

I'm not the best judge of robotics simulators, but this is easily the most user-friendly one I've used. It actually runs well on a Mac. Feels more like the Unity editor / game engine than other simulators.

Look no further than the Weather app on macOS to see how Apple has lost its way on quality. Highlight colors missing, dividers disappearing, labels jumping around, animations feeling jerky, clicks not registering. I suspect that the macOS version is just a quick port of the iOS app (which is still good), but a team that obsesses about quality doesn't ship stuff like this.

The SF-25 is interesting to drive! Great high speed stability, but the rear end is very snappy on the exit of low speed corners - it’s hard to build confidence with this sort of balance, so if the simulator is even 1% to real life, I feel even more for Lewis!
