Former Waukegan officer Richard Tabisz threw a handcuffed suspect to the ground in Dec 2023, causing a head injury. He was fired in March 2024, charged, and found guilty of misdemeanor reckless conduct in May 2026. Sentence in July 2026: 18 months probation, 180 days jail stayed, and 100 hours public service. You know, every video like this that you post should accompany any back story, if there is one, and the name of the officer. Might as well dox their asses like other people for doing far less.

Felony battery at the very least and likely attempted murder because he was restrained and unable to protect himself from the fall if it was you or I likely a 10 year sentence .

That looks like a case for the FBI at face value. Now, if the footage showed he was trying to kick the officer things might be different, or might not be. But this footage may not tell the whole story since it only started with the throw down...As it is it appears the cop is just a bully and is violating this guys civil rights.
