I have seen people geo the first half of this video but I have not seen the second half. So here I will geo the second half for you. Russia fired a missile at what they claim to be S-300. I cannot confirm if they are S-300, so I will simply use the word vehicle. The strike is to the west of Vilyansk, in Zaporizhzhia (apparently Russians think this is Dnipropetrovsk, but perhaps they drink too much).

This is a combination of policy, the government shutting out snack food with sugars, salts, and too many carbs. But when you go and teach a class of 20-somethings, as I do almost every week now, and ask them what they're eating, they don't eat snacks anymore. They are so fired up about eating foods that keep them healthy. They don't even drink anymore! This is getting insane. They don't eat any sugar, 'cause they think it causes cancer. They don't eat too many carbs. They try to get 128 grams of protein. I'm saying, "What happened to college?"

This week, I stood outside the Supreme Court and poured my heart out surrounded by some of the most courageous people in the country. Corporations poisoning Americans with toxic pesticides can NOT get legal immunity. This is the fight that keeps me up at night. It could impact generations to come. And our elected leaders need to know… You cannot claim to care about health – while protecting poison. You cannot tell Americans to "eat real food" – while protecting the cancer-causing chemicals sprayed on it. This is going to be a day that goes down in history. But we cannot stop here. Share this video and make sure no one in your life can say they didn't know.

Have you made the decision to brown bag it for lunch at work? Are you eating more at home these days? It does seem like quality has gone down at most restaurants lately. They are more expensive at the same time. There is a point where it stops making sense to eat out for more and more people.

It is the same with most vegetables, and passion fruits. Farmers use whatever they can improvise, unguided, unabated. The Ministry of Agriculture has even failed to regulate these small critical things, yet they are asking for more work! The cancers from these pesticides and herbicides want spare them too.
