the difference might be the image itself. i ran ten generations at one reference last week: when the reference was a character sheet, three panels on grey, the model copied the sheet layout instead of the scene, four out of four. at two references, zero out of six. yours is already a scene. there is nothing to copy but the place. have you hit that on character work?

that explains it. your reference carries only properties - palette, materials, light. the prompt carries every relation, who moves where. no overlap, so nothing to mis-assign. mine had both in one file and the model could not tell which half i meant. writing it up this week.
