This exercise alone has been more effective for “tight hip flexors” than just about anything else I’ve implemented. Most don’t need to stretch, they need strength.

I do it elevated. That way my athletes can get the full range of motion

Yessir. I don't know hoe many people who have hip issues, I tell them to stand and see if they can hold their hip flexes for 20 seconds. Barely last 10

1-2 times per week depending on overall frequency

Love this, Do you have a way of assessing if strength is the issue ? Or is it more guess and check with movements like this

I use conventional manual muscle testing as a baseline assessment
