Another great exercise to do if you sit at a desk is the Worlds Greatest Stretch. This targets the hips, hamstrings, upper back and calves all in one. I do this before a workout or while taking a break from my desk.

I wish more people worked on their butt muscles. The glutes should be the main power source for the entire lower body but in most people, they're weakened due to sitting. One of the best things I did for my body was work on strengthening my glutes. It strengthened my low back & hips while making me a stronger human being. Exercises like hip thrusts, squats & Bulgarian split squats were key to building a strong set of glutes. As long as you're lifting with good form I don't think anyone will regret working on their ass over the long term.

I started doing these last year after having a back injury. Not only did they help heal my back, but I've been stronger in jiu-jitsu ever since.

These are great for jiu jitsu especially when trying to bridge someone off of you.

I do these daily. Single leg variety is my favorite.

Love the single leg of the bridge and hip thrust. Highly underrated.

Great exercise. Sitting at a desk most of the day is horrible for your health. Also throw in some inversion a few times a week to decompress your body.

This is a famous yoga pose Setu Bandha Sarvangasana. Have been around for centuries
