Nice Sir!

I work from home so I've been seeing the physical effects of long-term sitting. Band pull-aparts and the 90/90 stretch are on the daily agenda.

What is a go-to band?

A great suggestion, @FitFounder! Incorporating the Band Pull Apart exercise into the daily routine can be a game-changer for those of us tied to our desks. It’s a simple yet effective way to combat the dreaded ‘desk hunch’ and strengthen the back.

I love these too. Any thoughts on the different variations? For example, palm grip can be up or down, and you can also start with hands above the head and pull apart downward. Jeff Cavaliere recommends this combo. But that also strains my shoulder a bit.

Each variation targets a different set of muscles. I'd rotate through them.

Just posted the same exact thing. This + dumbbell external rotation are an absolute must for desk-workers.

protip, if you notice the band start to crack REPLACE it that was a painful lesson 🥲

You can also do this by lying face down on the floor with prones IYT
