This feels so wrong, but I had to try. Physically simulated non-kinematic legs; they don't clip through that breakable cube. (Made using the Basis social VR framework)

Feels so wrong? Are you referring to the disconnect between ingame and IRL when the physics simulation happens? (Looks really fun too try)

I put the lowest possible effort into adding these physics-simulated legs onto the avatar, so they're all wobbly, shifted, delayed, gets stuck in the world geometry, left leg collides with right leg; just to test how the avatar currently feels There's a lot I can still improve
