Going the other way from Canada to the EU rarely fills. This associate membership will have a clause to increase the numbers both ways, but only one way needs it. Then they’re going to loosen the rules allowing anyone from European countries aged 18 to 35 including the millions of recent illegal migrants they let walk in to Europe.
