Going from zero code to a real app with that kind of traction is a ridiculous first chapter 😂

coding barely matters now. zach yadegari proved that too. he just kept making shit, posting it, getting ignored, doing it again until people had to notice.

The truth is, tech doesn't matter anymore; getting people to know you is what counts.

Sarah, who built a $300K/month app in 60 days, says being a woman in tech is actually the unfair advantage... "I don't think most men would have come up with this idea. And so I think that's actually the unfair advantage of being a woman in this space." "There's so many of these problems that we experience as women that we're like, I wish an app existed like this, but a man would never think to build an app like that." "Women are going to dominate this app space and men should prepare for that, because women dominate distribution."

i think this might be one of the biggest hidden app niches. an app that takes pic of someone and searches for them online. $60k/month. even with a competitor doing $1.1M/month. “people finders app” has 161k weekly searches. i had no idea this niche was this big.

NOT KNOWING HOW TO CODE IS OFFICIALLY A BAD EXCUSE. This 18-year-old just built an app with 0 technical knowledge. Absolutely no coding skills. Just: – a sharp idea – fast execution – AI as leverage Result? $17K+ MRR. If he can go from idea > app store in 1 month, what's stopping you?

Marc Lou, who makes $77K/month as a solopreneur, says he built a posture app because he was tired of slouching like a shrimp. "I launched this little macOS app that analyzes your poster with a webcam and tells me if I'm sitting straight or if I'm just slouching like a shrimp like this." "I think on Thursday, we did about 1,000 in revenue. I started to see, like, my app in use in my users' hands, which is the ultimate happy moment for me."

A 22-year-old college student who had never coded before built a peptide-tracking mobile app that made $60K in its first month. From Amol Jain: “Cedric got really deep into this community of peptides and GLP-1s. He wanted to build something that helps anyone track their peptide and GLP-1 intake and learn more about these emerging medications. And so he jumped on Replit - again, no exposure to code before - and was able to build a mobile app. After a little bit of testing and experimentation, he was making $60,000 in his first month. It now has tens of thousands of active users and is growing every day.” 📌 Watch the full episode for more examples of vibe-coded apps that became real businesses:

I just talked to a 19 year old who's made $225,000 in 9 months building apps with zero coding experience. This is George. Like I said, he's 19! No technical background. Used an AI app builder to vibecode everything. He launched his first app in July 2025 called Fight AI. You bascially upload a video of yourself shadow boxing or sparring and it gives you a breakdown on form and technique. It made $1,800 the first month...What?? Still does over $1,000 a month today without him touching it. Then through cold outreach he lands a partnership with one of the biggest wrestling creators in the space. They go 50/50 on WrestleAI. Same concept, just for wrestling. They launched late September. $8,000 the first week. $30,000 in December. $40,000 a month by January. The whole growth was organic influencer posts. He pays $2 CPM. After wrestling season slowed down, revenue settled around $10,000 a month. So he launched two more apps. Boxing app does $23,000 lifetime. An app that analyzes your abs does $15,000. Now he's leaving his full time job to go all in. In this episode George: - Breaks down the exact influencer outreach strategy he uses - Shows me why fake followers and verification matter - Walks through his meta ads strategy - Explains how Apple pulled his app for two weeks over his co-founder's tweet And I tell him why I think this could be a publicly traded company. George was awesome.

Cursor CEO 6 days ago: "I started coding when I was 12" Meanwhile today he launched a direct GitHub competitor, a 1.5T frontier model trained from scratch and an iOS app to code from anywhere. all at their first ever conference. 15 people in a room two years ago. now 700 people and 60% of the Fortune 500. this was a declaration of war on the entire developer stack. btw if you're building with Claude Code. you can use its full power with ( everything that happened today in the thread below

My 8yo son built a Three.js site with zero coding experience He used Claude AI and let Cursor apply all the code for him. He actually made several projects including 2 platformer games, a drawing app, an animation app and an AI chat app. ~2 hours spent on each. I only helped him set up Cursor, Git and Netlify. Code is a design tool and you don’t even need to code anymore.

I’m non-technical and built the app I always wanted with AI. I like art and history, and wanted an easy way to learn more about both. I take a photo, wait a few seconds, and get a two-minute audio tour of what I’m seeing. Feels wild to go from non-technical to vibe coding an entire app in 30 days.

Kyan is a 21-year-old college student, who built an app making $25K/month on his first try without writing a single line of code himself... "I used Cursor to build the entire project. It took me about a week to build everything." "Every line of code was vibe coded. Not a single line of code has been written myself." "You can ship a web app today and get someone to pay for your products by tonight if you ship on the internet. Don't spend hours picking a logo. Don't polish anything. Just build something, put it on the internet and charge money for it."

My wife (non-technical) built a fully functional iOS/Android app in 6 weeks... and it's made $1.5k on the app store since launch in the first month! She's a stay at home mom with our 2 young children (3 and 1), and she wanted a way to write letters to our children to keep memories of their childhood (we kept using notes app and was all a mess). Thank you Amjad Masad and Replit ⠕ for making this possible! Link if you want to try it:

I just shipped 3 months of work in 2 days using Claude Code and I'm absolutely shocked🤯 I've built a fully functional product over the weekend with 0 coding experience. I don't even know how to fully explain what just happened but I need to talk about it 🧵

BREAKING: Replit just launched mobile apps. Now you can build in Replit ⠕ and submit straight to the App Store for review. Describe your app → build it on Replit → test on your phone → publish to the App Store. I built a unicorn pet app for my niece: - Worked with Replit Agent to build it out - Scanned a QR code to download and test on my phone - One click to send to App Store Connect for review - A couple submissions later, it's live in the App Store! 🙌 I didn't write a single line of code! Just described what I wanted to Agent. Amazing! 😅 Go build something!! 👇

Literally stole $12M worth of app ideas in minutes by just sending a few prompts from my phone I doubted it too, i don't blame you but AI is undeniable I did not want to admit that “ I wasted years learning code” all for a clanker to do it in 45 minutes So i’m done coping, and you should too I built 5 apps at the same time with just a few prompts it’s a blessing really, you can now fail faster. Master distribution and suddenly you're app is making $20k/mo

Jake, who built a $50K/month alarm app in 4 months, says the most valuable skill right now isn't building it's... "Focus on top of funnel only. That is the most valuable skill right now is marketing. There's so many people that can build an app and it's so easy with AI, but there's not so many people that know how to market and know how to get views." "If nobody knows about your app, it doesn't exist. You can build as many features as you want." "Building doesn't really matter so much. You got to build a good product, of course. But getting views is more of the unknown."

This guy Jack who now makes $40K/month as a solo app builder says: hitting $3K/month was his breaking point "I used to have headaches and anxiety for like two years, and it wouldn't stop. And I wouldn't stop thinking about how am I going to make it?" "Only two and a half years ago, I like broke down one summer, I was crying, my fiance and I had a walk, and I just didn't think I'd be able to do it. I really thought that like, I was peaked at 3000 a month with my mobile app." "And then two months later, things completely turned around. I kept working on it. And it hit like its peak month at 15,000 a month. Ever since then, it's kind of snowballed in the direction where things are going up rather than sideways or down."
