Useful as a prompt, but too simplified as a truth. Procrastination is rarely solved by one “hack,” and strategic thinking is not just about tactics—it also requires context, self-awareness, and long-term discipline. The insight is valuable; the oversimplification is the problem.

There is no hack. That’s the problem. If procrastination could be solved with one trick, people wouldn’t be stuck for years. You don’t procrastinate because you lack tactics. You procrastinate because action threatens your identity. So you look for: - hacks - shortcuts - quick fixes Not to solve it. To avoid what’s underneath. You don’t end procrastination with a hack. You end it by becoming someone who doesn’t avoid.

After 1,095 days of procrastination — I fixed it in 3 steps: 1. Install an app blocker 2. Pay for premium + turn on strict mode 3. Block every distracting app + site (work hours + sleep) That’s it. No willpower needed No discipline required. Your brain resets — work becomes the only dopamine hit. Do this, or stay addicted, tired, and stuck forever.
