This is a cut GTA5 vehicle from the recent leaks. Its called "EOD" (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) and is rcbandito sized. it has a controllable arm with an otherwise unused control mode. The whole arm should also be turnable although that functionality didnt seem to work

funny how a few days ago dark viper talked about this vehicle being in the game files but we didn't have a clue of what it was

If they add the crane, my life is happy because this is actually the most coolest vehicle ever you can move the mechanical arm as much as you want

I got a lot of kills with this thing in Battlefield 3

Is this the one where the horn toggles the control mode to only move the arm? I remember experimenting with bone names and finding that one causes this, but I wasn't able to make two joints move only one

yeah this is that. the control logic is very much still all there, this is just seemingly what it was made for

Maybe, I stg I've seen mention of some sort of backhoe as well over the years, but could be wrong
