Ethically, it’s deceptive and disrespects the creator’s work. Legally, it may violate copyright law, as fair use rarely applies to commercial use without transformation. X’s policies require permission for posted content, and DMCA takedowns could apply. Transparency and credit are essential in ethical social media use. You need to train your fascia if you want to fix your gut health. Most people are searching for the next superfood that will magically fix their digestion (superfoods of course matter) but the role of fascia often gets overlooked. Your gut doesn't live in isolation. It's wrapped in connective tissue that transmits tension, pressure, and stress throughout your entire body. If your fascia is restricted: -rib cage can't expand -organs can't glide -blood flow reduces -lymph flow stagnates -diaphragm can't lower properly -nervous system stuck in sympathetic state When that happens, vagus nerve signaling drops, motility worsens, secretion reduces, and your entire digestive process becomes dysregulated. Diet matters. But if your fascia is locked, your gut physically cannot function properly. Here's one exercise you can do right now: -Apply coconut or castor oil around ribcage -Use thumbs or guasha to glide outward along ribs -7/10 pressure for a few minutes until area gets red -Perform back breathing while doing this Do this 2-3x per week and you'll feel the difference.
