This is about basic fairness. The federal government’s decisions about closing downtown office buildings have had a huge impact on our city. Join me in the fight for fairness for Ottawa. Sign the petition:

I’d rather eat my own face than sign your petition. 1) your ideas are shit 2) oc transpo is shit 3) you’re shit.

Ottawa’s downtown can be more than office buildings & barren streets that cater to 9-5 commuters. It can be a vibrant community with mixed-use buildings and people-focused streets. The nature of work has changed, so should our city. We just need the leadership to make it happen

Stop looking for scapegoats for stuff that you are responsible for. All those promises you made are coming home to roost. This is where you attempt to earn your paycheck, Mr. Mayor. #ottnews #ottcity #ottpoli #ottawa

It's called coping. You are the mayor of a city. The federal government owes you nothing. Businesses owe you nothing. You can't force them to do business here. You need to create the city that they want to be in. The whole game is about increasing desirability. Not whining.

“The federal government spends too much” “The federal government should keep their expensive leases for office space in downtown Ottawa!”

good morning Mark How is Ottawa's communist/marxist/wefist/incompetent/failed news anchor pos traitor mayor today? looking pretty silly now

The bloated liberal government is collapsing over a year before the election read the room and let the private sector revitalize commie Ottawa

Fairness start by : 1-not giving OSEG, a bunch of billionaires, half a billion of taxpayers money 2-not burdening the taxpayers for the benefit of developers (Taggart/tewin), 3-not cutting public transit funding while planning a billion $ of road upgrades 4-caring for homeless

Ridership has been dropping steadily since 2011 because of poor unreliable service. Raising fares, cutting 74,000 hours of service, and reducing frequency of trains ensured the trend would continue. Invest in transit, not stadiums. Municipal policy decisions got us into this mess

Fairness would be spreading public service jobs evenly across Canada to put money back into the communities that are being taxed to shit
