I once got a Frappuccino from Starbucks when I was younger, I paid the price with 2 hours in agony in the bathroom. And this was before I knew about how bad processed foods and sugar is, even then my system went into shutdown from that lol. Never got one of those again.

This isn't just a "sweet tooth" issue tho. It's an addiction issue. Sugar is harder to quit than smoking. Rats in the study kept going back for sugar instead of the cocaine. They have bio-chemists who know this who formulate their food products to keep customers coming back.
