Lead arm only swings are a great way to train the following: - Flat lead wrist at impact - Shaft lean - De-lofting at impact - Body rotation It's a tough drill & not a lot of golfers can do it. But that's why you should train it If you can do this & strike the ball solid, you should be hitting the ball pretty good with both hands on the club Try it out & post your attempt in the comments 👊

This is the easiest way to show you the simplified MATCHUP between body rotation & shaft pitch. The steeper you are, the more you have to tilt in order to get the club back in position. If you try rotating instead, you’ll get way too steep on it. The shallower you are, the more you need to rotate in order to get the club back into position. If you try tilting, you’ll get stuck way underneath and will suffer from all sorts of low point and contact issues. This is a big reason why being shallower is specifically better for golfers who want to rotate more through the shot. Enjoy! 🤙

It's ok to THINK when you are swinging a club during practice... That's where you SHOULD be doing a lot of thinking, especially when trying to change a movement pattern After 50-100 reps of doing this, tell me how it wouldn't be possible to change your takeaway position (for example) Thinking is fine IMO. If you're not thinking about the move you want to make when trying to learn a new move, you'll just revert back to the old move you are trying to get rid of So it makes sense to "think" until it becomes subconscious
