Design is overrated by designers. This hard truth is 90% of designers are failed by the existing design education—design is more than just Figma, tools or processes you learn, or think you know. I interviewed Don Norman in an honest conversation (that has now gone viral). It's a fallacy that designers only need to focus on design; business knowledge is too important. Lyng Is Lying : Helle Lyng, a Norwegian journalist who writes for major national newspapers is caught lying here. She went to ask questions to a visiting state head at a joint press statement where journalists are not allowed to ask questions. She shouts and asks a question and instantly makes a video of it, who does that 🤔 Secondly, when you question a Prime Minister of a foreign country you do your homework. She said she’d done her research. Now when this gentleman asks her to specify the human rights violations she caught, look at her body language, she says she doesn’t have her fact sheet and she’ll come another day to answer that 😅 Come on, who are you fooling, lady?? My Wife’s vibe coded her first app and here it is in action today She created a ticket and check in system for a charity event in Vietnam. Every existing system is fully online but a lot of the elderly in Da Nang don’t have phones or don’t know how to use technology. This app lets you design and print out physical tickets for distribution and then lets staff scan the ticket so that it can’t be reused. You also take a photo of the person and facial recognition makes sure people don’t slip back in line a second time. She is a product lead and a designer but has no engineering background. Vibe coding is not just about making MRR. It empowers everyone to build useful tools for the real world.

Narrative violation: Anthropic's Head of Growth says we'll need more PMs, not fewer. "While PMs and designers are getting leverage from AI, engineering is getting the most leverage right now. If you think about a default team with 5 engineers, 1 designer, 1 PM—with Claude Code, that five engineers is like 2 to 3x'd, and the PMs and designers have also increased, but now they're managing what is effectively a much larger group of engineers. So though the head count and the org structure hasn't changed, you're now just dealing with a situation of maybe 15-20 engineers, 2 PMs, and 2 designers across the board. We're feeling PM and design is just being squeezed. Just absolutely squeezed. We just need to actually hire a ton more PMs."

Unfortunately she is using 2020s chick-speak about ‘boundaries’ and ‘respecting yourself’ and other such buzzwords, which make the message nigh incomprehensible. So here is how I would put it to you, as a man: ➡️ No girl wants to be with a dude who is going to make pleasing her his life mission. The behavior screams ‘simp’ and makes her feel like you are beneath her, which makes her not want you. No chick wants to be with a man who is beneath her. ➡️ No girl wants to be with a dude who will let her run all over him in conversation, talking about things that he doesn’t want to hear about, controlling the flow of the conversation. That screams ‘weak dude’, who is either afraid to take control or does not know how. What should you do instead? ✅ If you are hooking up with a girl and she says, “I’m not looking for a relationship right now,” you say, “AWESOME. ME TOO.” And now all of a sudden she is confused and beguiled because you are not chasing her for the relationship. Why aren’t you chasing her for the relationship? Do you not WANT her? It will drive her crazy, she will start thinking about it over and over again, and she will desperately work to try to get you to want the relationship with her. If you keep just banging her while acting like you don’t care, eventually she will want the relationship with you so bad herself it will drive her crazy. ✅ If you are talking to a girl and she is talking about some other dude she was dating, then unless you are actually curious about that (and if she is a girl you are sleeping with, it is worth getting to know some about her prior relationships… you will learn her behavior patterns, why she broke up with exes, plus any obvious red flags that can let you hit the eject button before you get in too deep), all you have to say to get off that topic is, “Yeah, that’s cool and all,” and act really bored and start looking around.
