This is how dangerous suboptimal coaching can be when it comes to shooting from distance I don't even love Koa Peat's rhythm on the left, but at least it's smooth enough to find consistency (35% on low volume last year) unless this is from an injury

I think the Suns' shooting coach is just a straight up scammer lol Oso Igadaro's shot is also completely broken

Koa's team decided to change his shot during the pre-draft process. Hard to tell if the Suns coaches are trying to change it again or just trying to do their best with the broken jumper

Kennard shooting from the free throw line doesn’t help. He’s got a drill where he’ll swish, bank, front and back rim free throws. Training the ability to aim at spots is underrated.

Yeah it doesn’t look good at all!

Bro smooth enough for what? No way this translate to nba level unless teams decide to leave him open like draymond.

Traditional drop steps can be neutralized too easily and I love that we can borrow from how we attack on the catch from the perimeter and apply it to the low post. Splitting your feet with your back to the basket is a devastating way to take advantage of low post defenders.

This Risacher fall is similar to what we saw with Russ pushing Ajay Mitchell after he was in the air. Gillespie got his pass stolen, which can be embarrassing, and it can lead to players wanting to "get the guy back" and not realize how dangerous even a slight push to an airborne player, or a player on one leg moving up into the air, can be. It was also fascinating to hear how each team's announcers analyzed the play, with the Hawks guys recognizing the danger of the slight push while the Suns focus on Risacher hanging on the rim at full speed (they clearly are concerned and feel terrible about the fall). Let's be clear: players cannot be pushing guys like this, even slightly. The offensive player has the advantage, there was NO chance for Gillespie/Russ to prevent the shot, and the risk for severe injury is too great. This doesn't happen hardly at all, but we should never see it happen at any level of basketball, which is why I feel plays like this could merit a penalty after the fact, like a one game suspension.

14 games in, Caleb Foster is now shooting 48% from deep on the season. He’s hit at least two in his last 3 games. Might be time to increase that 3PT volume

John Terry should definitely be part of the Chelsea coaching staff, even if it's just a defensive coach. Has so much to offer, how the club isn't using a Legend like this is real dumb, but McFarlane can. At least a Chelsea pundit to back us on TV.

I wrote a little message to all the ladies from the fellas' perspective. I hope you like it. Sound on, volume up! This one is called "Sweater Puppets"! (It's humor. Don't be so serious.)

Blake Mitchell is putting on a show in BP today. Easy power from the left side and a smooth swing to all fields. Can definitely see the growth and regained strength after hamate injury last year. #Royals

I turned on the TUF episode to see there was a fighter from Pakistan doing this, and I immediately set expectations low. They weren't this low though. That India/Pakistan region is cursed to be the arse end of all the jokes when it comes to fighting.

have watched this edit at least 50 times in the last 24 hours, it is perfection, no notes, full body CHILLS when it swings from bautista to springer - how can you not be romantic about baseball?

This is how I tackle the "I don't have enough time" excuse, and how I follow-through on the bigger projects I work on. (Also, sidenote: it would be great if we could change thumbnails for videos on X here - unless I'm just not seeing how to do it. This still frame is eww lol.)

MacFarlane: This is like the least popular thing I've seen in congress, like getting carrot sticks on Halloween. This is not what anybody wants, and they don't even want to be talking about it. I can't find Republicans to even tacitly endorse this thing.
