I personally understand the frustration of the people of the UK over this issue. It should be a no brainer. A government should be proud and happy to see patriotism. It means their citizens love their country and if push comes to shove, they will defend her. I don’t see any real problem with a lot of the placements of the flag, we place the U.S. flag on over passes, lamp poles, and even drive with them on cars and trucks. The only placement issue should be does it block the view at ground level causing a visual obstruction. To my UK friends, be proud of your country. Next time a vote comes up, remember you duty to that flag and the nation it represents.
