You don't. Walmart has better meat than Costco. At great/similar pricing. (Seriously) Costco is terrible and a total illusion of quality and value.

What about the new MRNA animal vaccines that I have heard Australia has been approved to use?

There’s nothing affordable about buying steak at Costco. I just go to my local butcher and buy meat packages for like 40-50 bucks and you get a whole bunch of variety

Everything in the supermarket is poison. Sure, eating biological foods is better. But real, nutrient-rich food—free from chemicals and sugar—can only be found on a farm in a village deep in Russia. So don’t be a nerd about food.

The lamb there is pretty good. We bought a boneless leg of lamb, which we then grounded up at home. Best ground lamb we’ve had.

I shop at the local markets. They have much better meat selections the local butcher in the Vallarta. Good quality meat cheaper than Costco. Taste great never had a problem.. The grass fed beef at Whole Foods. Still cheaper than Costco and better quality.

How about vaccinations in those animals? I don’t want vaccinated food. It’s tricky.
