I hope you are not going to play a part in sending that kid to jail. Its very common for the person who reported a system-loophole, 'a good samaritan' in good-faith reported to the authorities - could land up in jail because of the bad publicity to the institution - they need a scapegoat - in your eagerness for TRP, don't derail a young talented career - there are ways of TV reporting where you can protect him/her.

Around 17 lakh students appeared for the examination, and the answer sheets of each student have been securely preserved. In total, there are 98 lakh answer-sheet copies, with each copy consisting of around 40 pages, which means nearly 40 crore scanned pages were evaluated for the first time by CBSE through the OSM process. OSM is a progressive instrument. Many universities and institutions in India, as well as several institutions across the world, are moving towards this system. It is student-centric and designed for the benefit of students. Through this process, students can transparently access information about their marks, and through scanned copies, they can directly view their answer sheets. It helps address students’ doubts and concerns regarding whether they received fewer or more marks, or whether any answer or section was overlooked during evaluation. This is the first time CBSE has implemented this system in the country. Certain discrepancies have come to our notice, and I take responsibility for them. The student said it was meant to teach students how to respond if ICE ever came to the class—and how white students needed to use their bodies to "cover" and "shield" other students who may be likely targets of immigration enforcement. #WATCH | Delhi: On CBSE OSM issue, Aparajita Gautam from Delhi Parents Association says, "... After the 12th board exams, and CBSE results, their future is decided.. Because of shortcomings in OSM (On-Screen Marking), many parents and children are disappointed. Students don’t just prepare in Class 12; they’ve been working for years, knowing their future depends on it. Students remain focused on competitive exams like JEE and NEET. But due to OSM, many didn’t achieve the required marks, causing stress for families and children. Now, they question why this was introduced suddenly without a proper test run. On social media, students are voicing complaints, though not all reach us directly, but the frustration is clear. If you check CBSE’s Facebook page, you’ll see countless complaints. The official figure says 6.5 lakh students raised objections, but I believe the number should be far higher. Out of 18 lakh students, 12 lakh are from government schools, many in rural areas. If metro city students with laptops struggled, imagine the difficulties faced by rural children with limited access... Training was rushed, with follow-ups missing. Teachers had to log in and practise with sample papers, yet no one verified whether they actually did. Another issue: papers were supposed to be checked by PGT teachers, but due to shortages, TGT teachers were involved. TGTs usually teach up to Class 10, so they may not have fully understood the marking scheme. This could be a reason why some students received lower marks."

Let me ask you an honest question: Who’s your daddy? If you’re a high school student athlete in Illinois, the answer is easy when it comes to one’s “Right to Play.” It’s not your Mom or Dad. It’s a private third-party vendor called the Illinois High School Association (IHSA). If you play a high school sport, the IHSA controls you even when your school day is over and even more when school isn’t even in session. It’s long been an overreach of control from a small group of narrow-minded ego-driven adults literally dictating what student athletes and families can do in their free time. But much-needed and welcome change is getting closer for all student athletes and their families, as more and more student athletes and parents come forward from present and past to speak up and talk about the disadvantages the IHSA - and those who benefit from it - have and are causing. The first victory earlier this week was by slaughter rule, a 12-0 thumping over the IHSA in committee vote. Now it moves to the big leagues. You can read more here: I encourage you to engage and educate yourself in a topic that 75 percent of high school student athletes across the U.S. can do, but it’s something high school student athletes in Illinois can’t do. Over the next 30 days, you are going to see more stories and hear directly from student athletes, families, leading athletic trainers and doctors, school leaders from Illinois and other states on local and national media outlets talking about this overreach and how the IHSA continues to put student athletes at a disadvantage.
