This is probably the most complex workflow I’ve ever built, only with open-source tools. It took my 4 days. It takes four inputs: author, title, and style; and generates a full visual animated story in one click in ComfyUI . I worked on it for four days. There are...

and just to finish, there is not any retouch in any of this example at any steps; I wanted to show what AI can do by itself. but its where human is important, and to make it perfect, it would be possible and pretty easy to control each steps of generation before the final clip

@ComfyUI Wouldn't it be less work if you would do it manually instead of using Comfy?

@ComfyUI You need to make 1 tts for the whole thing not 1 per scene. The tts will sound much more natural. Get word timing from elevelabs response or use whisper x. This will elevate it a lot. Individual tts make the narration choppy.

@ComfyUI I'm doing a similar thing just with code and I'm not sure how you are doing it but I found I got a much better quality story if the llm wrote the full story first then break it into pieces/scenes etc in a secondary prompt. I use word count to roughly control the length.

Seedance 2.0 is allowing us to enter a new era of music video creation. Here is how I created HONEY. It was a quick test to see how well this workflow holds up. 🐝 1 - Write your song and generate the music with Suno 5.5. 2 - Use an image generator of your choice. For HONEY I combined both Grok Imagine for aesthetics and Nano Banana Pro for refined editing. 3 - In Capcut I import my audio and just save out a blank video video containing the audio. This step is important because this video file containing audio will now be used with Seedance 2.0 as a video reference with Omni. This allows the AI to apply automatic and realistic lipsync and movement to the music, it's extremely powerful! 4 - Once I have a both my image and video with audio as reference, I use Seedance 2.0 Omni and upload my starting image and then the video reference with the audio. 5 - From here I'm simply prompting like normal, specifying what's happening in my scene with detailed instructions, mentioning multi shots and camera angle changes and then specifying that the person is singing along to the song. I type out the lyrics that are present to have better lipsync accuracy. 6 - Once I have generated a video and like the result, I do video to video, so i upload that video that just got generated and type "The scene continues" and prompt new actions to take place. This allows you to expand on a narrative. These new shots can be used as B-ROLL and since I uploaded my video as reference I have full consistency of everything it saw in the video. This is also extremely powerful. 7 - This is actually the most difficult part. Edit in Capcut. This is where you need to understand pacing and shot selection from all the scenes you generated to bring it all together. You must be strategic with the editing. Goodluck! I'll probably record a video tutorial at some point as it's easier to see what is being done.

this is why Hollywood is terrified of AI.. you can now turn plain text or a single image into a full moving video, then upscale it to crisp HD.. straight from your browser AI is taking over the whole production pipeline here's how👇 DomoAI official made this 60-second film possible, an AI video platform built so beginners can go from an idea to a cinematic clip 3 features carried it: → text to video → image to video → Video Upscaler step 1, text to video for the opening shot I tried to pull the sandworm from a single prompt: "a colossal sandworm erupting from desert dunes, wide cinematic shot, golden hour dust, tiny figure in the foreground for scale" step 2, image to video for the character shot the starting still goes in first, then the move: "he faces the camera, then slowly turns away as focus shifts to the giant sandworm in the distance" after a few tries, one formula worked for every prompt in this film: → subject + action → camera move → lighting using the same lighting words in each shot makes the whole film read as one piece step 3, Video Upscaler for the final polish I ran each locked shot through it and every one came back sharper, ready for the final cut that's the whole workflow, and a beginner can start the exact same way DomoAI has Standard, Pro and Team plans, and Relax Mode generates videos for free with unlimited tries clicking the link will generate a video for free make your first video here: #DomoAI

Recently tried making AI videos locally for the first time using MiniMax H3 + ComfyUI, and I went through three different approaches: text-to-video, syncing to music beats, and image-to-video. 🎬 As an AI video newbie, my biggest takeaway is that the workflow itself isn't nearly as overwhelming as I thought - the real challenge is writing the prompts. Luckily, we can just use AI to solve that! ---- I’d drop my raw ideas straight to the AI, then run them through the official H3 Prompt Writing Skill to turn those thoughts into structured prompts. For example, with my first summer travel video, I broke it down into four scenes. I kept a similar structure across each scene and just swapped out the location details, running it iteratively and tweaking as I went until the output actually matched what was in my head. Thank goodness it's a local model-I could experiment endlessly without blowing through cash just to bridge the gap between "what I wanted" and "what the model understood." The absolute best surprise was that the whole process didn't take long at all. This model is insanely obedient and respects instructions really well, so I barely had to deal with gacha-style rerolls to get the exact shot I wanted. For the music beat-sync video, I wanted the visuals to shift on every kick drum or snare. The final result pretty much hit the nail on the head. Honestly, instead of just generating a video that looks "pretty good," I care way more about whether the model actually gets the rhythm and executes the pacing I set. And this time, it totally delivered. 🥁 Then for the seaside clip, there was a ton of scene description and creative direction, plus a 4-shot storyline-and the model managed to generate the visuals, the vibe, and the background audio all in one single pass. Genuinely blew me away. 🌊 Plus, it’s super beginner-friendly. You can just plug and play with the official workflow templates; literally all I had to think about was writing the prompts, choosing the resolution, and setting the duration. ------- Oh, quick side note on my local PC setup: * GPU: Consumer-grade RTX 4090 24GB * 20 steps for a 15-second video takes about 200+ seconds * Cranking it up to 768P brings it to 1,000+ seconds * Upscaling it to 2K using the official API takes around 6–8 minutes The speed is honestly pretty decent. I heard a bunch of speedup LoRAs came out recently that I haven't gotten around to testing yet, but those should make it run even faster! (Gotta love the power of open source.) ------- I’ll be packaging up all the workflows, scripts, and assets I used for this run and dropping them on GitHub for free!
