What I love about Replit ⠕. Low floor to get started. Ultra high ceiling for what you can build. I told Agent to build a native C application that runs on my desktop without a web browser - AND compile it into JavaScript to run in the web browser. Here's a video showing both running

I always wondered "What if I port my three.js game to Rust? Will it improve performance?" I finally ported it to both Rust Desktop and Rust WASM (that runs on the browser) Comparing the three.js version with the Rust desktop I had a clear winner: Rust desktop. But now I took the time to port it to the web using Web Assembly (WASM) And my conclusion is... A tie! Both versions averaged 42FPS (60FPS if running one at a time) So if your goal is to ship a web game, it doesn't even matter the tech you use. (Three.js is recommended because the ecossystem is huge though) As long you optmize well (Web workers, reduce triangles, draw calls, etc) you should be good to go. But in the event you want to ship a native game to publish on Steam a system language (Rust, C++, etc) will be better for you. Now I want to port the three.js game to Desktop using Electron and see the results. I'll let you know. Btw, I'm open to new freelance projects. If you have anything for me, my DMs are open!

Server Authority is literally top 5 Roblox updates.. when it works I kept on going insane, blaming myself and my code when I get a bunch of rollbacks, then I found out moving the camera and character at the same time falsely triggers a rollback. This feature is the most love hate thing ever 🙃 #RobloxDev

Alright my people. We’re going to be going to a lot less games this season so I will have a lot of our Home Plate Club seats available. I will sell them in increments of 2 or 4. I sell all games at my cost which is $580 per seat this season. It includes VIP parking. 1 spot per two seats. This is an all inclusive experience. Alcohol is included as well. Hit me up if you’re interested. The Yankees and dodger games are sold already.

I set a Ralph loop using agent-browser + Parallel Web Systems to do a ton of market research. Perfect way to have an agent working while I do other things. Decided to setup my iMac for a lot of the looping tasks because it makes it easier to keep the repo clones and work product separated.

I optimized my rasterization code and was able to get ~2200 polygons rendering in real-time in my toy programming language. This is running in an interpreter using a single thread. The fact that it's flat shaded, not textured, makes it not too hard to get good performance.

My favorite feature in Claude Code on the web is teleport. It moves your remote session, wit h all the context, messages, and edits to your local dev environment allowing you to stay in the flow.

got cloud inference working! here i have smolvla running on a remote 4090 on prime intellect with a thin client running on my local pc sending observations to the remote server and receiving action chunks back. round trip latency is varying between 320-470ms! the 4090 instance I'm using is $0.62/hr and not even one of the cheaper ones, a raspberry pi v5 is < $100 and about $25 for a v3, which works fine as a client
