This is the current situation in parklands where developers have constructed above the river and diverted the river to the county drainage system, causing massive flooding on the road, As President Ruto promised to reclaim all riparian land very soon this problem will be a thing of the past .

Was the county government of Nairobi on holiday when He did the construction. U create a problem then come back as a hero

You come out in the middle of the night to start blaming other people for your mess. Instead of coming out with the response team to solve the problem.

Where was the inspectorate department?

His development must have been approved and inspected during construction. So why not ensure drainage is sorted then. ?

@JerotichSeii has been speaking about this, what have you guys done? Instead you have let the developers bully them. Your team is incompetent and corrupt wait for many more complaints in future. Shame on you

County government shifting the blame to developers

All know it’s the somali construction cartel and they not stopping at all! The development continues, excavation ongoing nearby at junction of Masari /2nd, construction ongoing at Highridge, 2nd , 6th parklands & on riparian land on 1st parklands & that too on top of rivers!

😂😂😂 before the rains where were you? Who approved the plans? When do you start reclaiming the riparian land

This is just reactionary. Did it have to rain for the county govt to discover that ‘developers encroached and blocked’ drainage, bwana Katibu Mkuu? Prevention is better than cure.

napenda vile mmerusha ball kwa ule jamaa wa kutenga na sio kutenda! hii imeisha hivo!
