Wow, seriously so much of product differentiation. That is what attracts buyers. Here modes flog the same model even when competitors introduce newer models. Eg Alto has 6 airbags but Jeep in India has 2 airbags happens even with foreign brands in India

As an industry we wonder why we have difficulties attracting female and minorities to the role. They just don’t see themselves in that role and on the rare occasion they do, this happens. I have seen this very mistake recently when having breakfast with a colleague who was mistaken as a FA. What can we do to change these perceptions?
