How does Bungie not realize how peak this armor is? They made one of the greatest sci-fi armor aesthetics in gaming history and just refuse to use 95% of it. I'm crying in the club right now.

I miss armor that looked like armor and not something from the Guardian Met Gala.

I personally prefer the simplified sci-fi armor of destiny 1 more than the complicated fantasy armor of destiny 2 but this is very broad and I know both games had both type but one had more than the other

I wonder why its so hard to like not add it in the game. Its the exact same engine and it should be so easy to just port it over to D2. I've seen literally a single person take older armor sets, and make it more hi res and they do that in like mere hours if just a couple of days

All of the D1Y1 armor is the peak Destiny identity aesthetic. I always wanted to look like the Hunter from the Law of The Jungle trailer and never could. There were no shaders or specific armor to fully replicate it. The armor looked practical, sci-fi apocalypse type armor.

Nothing promised is nothing lost. Get over it.

They need to be making armor sets like these .

I'm gonna say it titans were better when they looked like Sci fi soldiers not super behemoth tanks. Glad they scaled back on that idea later in D2s life
