This Smoothie King employee stayed so calm during one of the most awkward customer meltdowns. A customer comes up complaining that her smoothie wasn’t blended properly. Instead of just accepting a refund, she starts recording the whole interaction, insisting the employee confirm out loud that she “couldn’t” make the smoothie. It was a normal day for this Uber driver. He’s been picking up and dropping off people all day. Everything was going fine for him until he picks up this woman. This man had a brilliant idea, he does pointless dent repair and he goes straight to the customer where they are to do the job, he charges only a little more for the travel but the level of convenience this offers is valuable to the clients. Imagine going to the grocery store before work and having someone ding your door, then calling him to do it while you work and getting out of work same day dent free. Would you do this if this service was offered by you?

This is a child. A toddler driving a car. She talks on the phone, she's disrespectful, she screams, she hollers, she gets out of her car and starts running around the car away from the police officer, and she expects to be treated like an adult. And then her parents show up and say "she's never been through this before, she doesn't know how to act." That sounds like a parenting fail to me when there is a police officer stopping you for going 77 in a 35. But yeah she looks real terrified of the police officer. Just so afraid!! Do you honestly believe that treating the police officer like that is doing you a favor? Screaming like you're terrified when we know you're just acting is not helping you. It's a speeding ticket. It's not the end of the world. Just take the ticket, pay it, and go away!!
