All these workers picking strawberries on this farm in Florida are here LEGALLY There are 140 workers brought here on the ‘H-2A visa program’ specifically meant for temporary US agricultural workers Don’t ever let Democrats lie and tell you illegal labor is our only option

This is wild... Virtual fast food workers from the Philippines are being hired for $3 per hour, compared to New York's minimum wage of $16 per hour. "You can hire 5 virtual workers for the price of 1 in-person worker" This just shows how bad policies like this hurt the middle and lower classes in America. 🔊 …. 🚨🚨🚨

Birmingham bin workers being told to take an £8k pay cut. These workers will be unable to pay their mortgages, their rent. Why are workers in #Birmingham paying for a crisis not of their making? This is the incompetence of Birmingham City Council.

There is nowhere in this country where a full-time worker paid the federal minimum wage of $7.25 can make ends meet — and yet many restaurant workers are paid a sub-minimum wage of just $2.13 an hour. Totally absurd. It's time to end starvation wages for tipped workers.

Should President Trump terminate the H-1B visa program? As an immigration attorney who advocates for an America-First approach—yes, I know how rare that is—I think Trump should do it for three reasons: 1. Displacement of American Workers The H1B program allows companies to lay off American workers and replace them with foreign workers who are often paid less, prioritizing cost savings over U.S. job security. This undermines the claim that H-1B visas are used only when qualified American workers are unavailable. For example, Microsoft—which is making record profits these days—recently laid off over 15,000 American workers, including software engineers and IT staff, while simultaneously filing over 14,000 H1B visa petitions. Reports indicate that many of these visas were for roles in the same locations and job categories as the laid-off workers, suggesting direct replacement. 2. Wage Suppression and Exploitation The H1B visa program enables companies to hire foreign workers at lower wages, suppressing salaries for American workers and exploiting H-1B workers who are tied to their employer-sponsored visas. This creates a race-to-the-bottom effect on wages in tech and other industries. H-1B workers also face exploitation because they risk deportation if terminated, with only a 60-day grace period to find a new sponsor. 3. Abuse by Outsourcing Firms Outsourcing firms, particularly Indian IT companies, exploit the H1B program by securing a disproportionate share of visas to supply low-cost labor, often for non-specialized roles. These firms engage in practices like filing visas for nonexistent jobs or “benching” workers, undermining the program’s purpose of addressing genuine skill shortages. I'm Joseph Bovino, U.S. immigration and business attorney based in Miami and serving clients worldwide. Let me know if you agree that it's time to terminate, phase out, or replace the H1B visa program. Use the link in my bio if you'd like to schedule a video consultation with about another type of visa that actually benefits you AND America, such as an E2 investor visa or the O1 visa for individuals with extraordinary ability. For decades, American Workers have been forced to train their foreign worker replacements—all because companies abused the H-1B program. Enough is enough. Under President Donald J. Trump’ leadership, Project Firewall is bringing this to an end and ensuring Americans come FIRST.

NEW: Corporations are bringing in hundreds of thousands of foreign workers under the H-2A visa program. Workers tell us it’s basically a human trafficking scheme — a way to replace farmworkers who unionize and fight for higher pay. Trump could expand it with little oversight.

TSA workers confirm they’ve now started receiving back pay and “have gotten their paychecks for the last two missed pay periods.” This has “brought an improved start to the week for travelers.” This is all thanks to President Trump’s executive order.

2007. Bernie Sanders details how the H-1B visa program is being used to replace American workers with less expensive, foreign workers. Some of the data is pretty interesting, including the list of jobs that these visas were used for. Bernie reads the list in this video. Americans were being replaced across dozens of industries. Even twenty years ago, this had been going on for a long time. For all his craziness, Bernie did used to advocate often for the American worker. It's one of the reasons why he was so popular in 2016. Unfortunately now he spends his time ranting about fascism, oligarchies, and climate catastrophe.

When an American company posts a $19.4 billion profit and works the system by scheduling their workers approximately 35 hours per week so they don’t have to pay for healthcare benefits, because they’re not “full-time” while paying and unlivable wage, this exemplifies corporate greed, the fact that taxpayers have to subsidize their workers so they can merely survive is a travesty.

Oklahomans, it's time to end the H-1B visa scam. Companies exploit it to skip American workers for cheap, captive foreign labor. We built this nation. We can build the future. Congress must abolish it, but Oklahoma can lead like Florida: Ban H-1B for state jobs.

This is excellent. America is a giant scam. Our largest corporations literally hate their workers and refuse to pay them an affordable wage. Meanwhile they rake in record profits. The numbers broken down in this video are sickening and it should make you angry😡
