Magnesium controls cortisol. Low magnesium = high cortisol = sleepless nights. Signs that you’re low in magnesium: • Tight muscles in your shoulders or back • Toe cramps when you stretch • Eye twitches or muscle spasms The solution? Take magnesium glycinate before bed.

⚡ Types of Magnesium 🧠 Many forms of magnesium are beneficial, but magnesium I-threonate is the best choice for the brain! #magteinpartner Because of the ability for I-threonate to cross the blood brain barrier, it would give you more brain benefits than say magnesium citrate or glycinate.

Buy magnesium only after watching this video! Because the front of a magnesium supplement can be VERY misleading. You see “Magnesium Glycinate” in big letters while the product may also contain cheaper forms like magnesium hydroxide. And “1000 mg” or “2000 mg” doesn’t tell you how much magnesium you’re actually getting. For that, check the elemental magnesium. That’s why reading labels is important not only for food, but also for supplements. Abse Supplement Label Bhi Padega India! 🇮🇳

The dirty little secret about magnesium supplements - 400 mg of magnesium citrate is not 400 mg of magnesium. Magnesium citrate contains both magnesium and citrate. A label listing only “magnesium citrate, 400 mg” gives the weight of the entire compound, not the elemental magnesium dose, and can make the dose look much larger than it is. A clear label should read something like: “Magnesium (as magnesium glycinate), 120 mg, 29% Daily Value.” Magnesium also has an established Daily Value. If the panel says otherwise, that’s another red flag, and a reason to check the labels on your other mineral supplements, too!

Magnesium is crucial for your body—yet 80% of people are deficient. Doctors won’t mention it… because only 1% shows up in blood tests. The rest goes straight to your cells, muscles, brain. Here’s how to choose the right type: • Bloated? Try Magnesium Citrate — 💨 • Can’t sleep? Go with Magnesium Glycinate — 💤 • Cramps or fatigue? Take Magnesium Malate — ⚡ • Heartburn or slow digestion? Use Magnesium Hydroxide — 🔥 • Hormonal headaches? Reach for Magnesium Oxide — 🤕 For optimal absorption, your body actually needs all 5 types — in the right ratios.

The Most Dangerous Symptom Of A Magnesium Deficiency Will Lead To Early Death. Calcification Is Plaque In The Arteries, Brain, Eyes, Kidneys & Heart. Magnesium Is The Master Controller of Calcium, Transporting It Where It Belongs, To The Bones. Magnesium keeps Calcium from accumulating in the cells, causing Calcification & death of the cell. Magnesium is involved in 600+ enzymatic reactions. Most deficiencies go undiagnosed because blood serum levels remain normal when all the while intracellular levels are so low they are a public health crisis. More than 75% of people have overt Magnesium deficiency, but don't connect their illnesses to it. Magnesium Deficiency is found in: 84% Osteoporosis Cases 80% High Blood Pressure Cases 75% Type 2 Diabetes Cases 44% Decrease in Arterial Plaque when Magnesium Therapy is implemented. I have experienced the Miracle of Magnesium Therapy using it with protocols to heal: Tourette's Syndrome Insomnia Osteoporosis Migraine GERD/Acid Reflux IBS Restless Leg Syndrome Chronic Constipation Back Spasms Sciatica Pain Chronic Fatigue Brain Fog Leg Cramps Joint Pain Anxiety/Depression Hypertension Cardiac Arrhythmia PMS/PMDD The Top 2 Bioavailable Forms are Magnesium Glycinate & Magnesium Threonate. Magnesium Glycinate is a perfect form for most illnesses. Magnesium Threonate is the only Mg that crosses the blood brain barrier to reverse Cognitive dysfunction. Magnesium Citrate, Malate & Taurate are also useful for specific illnesses. There are 9 other forms which are less bioavailable to heal deficiencies. "The Most Common Cause Of High Blood Pressure Is A Deficiency In Magnesium." Dr Peter Glidden "You Don't Have High Blood Pressure Because You Have A Bad Gene Or Because You're Getting Older Or Because You Have A Voodoo Curse." "Your Body Ran Out Of The Mineral Magnesium." More than 75% of people have overt Magnesium deficiency, but don't connect their illnesses to it. Magnesium Is At The Heart Of ATP Energy Production & is involved in 600+ enzymatic reactions. It's Impossible to test for deficiency as 1% in blood serum is tightly controlled & regulated to stay "normal" while the other 99% is supposed to be in the intracellular layer. Most deficiencies go undiagnosed because blood serum levels remain normal when all the while intracellular levels are so low they are a public health crisis, creating chronic disease & dysfunction.
