Those kids are old enough to help prepare food. This lady is really organised and I appreciate how well she does it, but get the kids helping. It's a valuable life skill.

Older kids are not deputy parents and should not be made responsible for helping to prepare sibling's lunch so early. With that said, they can make their own lunch box
