⭐️This Oakland County, MI. sheriff sergeant doesn't take no for an answer.... because he's the POLICE and he can get away with it. His two buddies just standby and watch as he stomps on the Fourth Amendment. A man was recording on public property near the sheriff's employee parking... lot when he was confronted by Sgt. T. Vida who requested ID. When the man declined Sgt. Vida told him he was detained and without permission went through his pockets and wallet to find an identification. He wrote down the information, gave the wallet back and told the man he was free to go. He said he took the ID absent suspicion of a crime and without permission, because "I like to know who I'm talking to."
