Yesterday, the Minnesota Senate passed the most comprehensive gun violence prevention package in state history. I was proud to work alongside Zaynab Mohamed to get it done. It included an assault weapons sales ban and high capacity magazine limits. I carried provisions to ban binary triggers, ban untraceable 3D-printed firearms, and strengthen and expand awareness of Minnesota’s red flag law. Now it goes to the House. Let's get it done!

This is a recipe for disaster and will drive more and more young people to Australia and beyond.
