@FredDiBiase247 @GeromanAT You just have to eat fibers and fat first, then carbs. Keeps your blood sugar stable. (For example: Salad - Meat - Rice) There’s a good book about this method, written by Jessie Inchauspé.

@FredDiBiase247 The citric acid in lemon juice enhances the absorption of calcium and magnesium from the foods. These minerals help in lowering the blood pressure by dilating the arteries. This makes sure that the blood flows smoothly without putting any pressure on the inner walls of arteries

@FredDiBiase247 Turmeric is another substance after the salt which is used in many of the dishes in the world. It has numerous health benefits. It has its own natural flavor. Turmeric powder has a warm, bitter, black pepper-like flavor and earthy, mustard-like aroma.

@FredDiBiase247 Adding lemon juice to iron-rich foods improves absorption of iron in body. Hence, if you have iron-deficiency anemia, increasing your intake of iron-rich foods is not only solution. Add #lemon juice also to such foods for better bioavailability of iron.
