This response is the biggest thing I don’t understand about Aaron….can be super charismatic, his swagger gives teammates the ultimate confidence BUT why can’t he shoulder ALL the blame in the media and then get behind closed doors with Mike Williams or the whole offense or the whole team... show more

I agree with you. Your leadership on the other hand is a lot more refreshing in a locker room. Only thing you struggled with was awkwardness on cuts and releases from the team. “Sorry about the cutsky…”

The first thing out of my mouth when I saw Geoff Hangartner after he was cut in Buffalo was “Dude sorry about the cutskis” And I walked away saying what the hell did I just say….why would that come out of my mouth and immediately went to EWood to tell him how awful I felt about the interaction….he obviously will never let me forget it

The “behind closed doors” has been the MO for this org for a long time, and accountability has been lacking. Williams is a big boy and should be able to handle it, we’re not talking about a rookie or low-skill player.

The ball did not release from Aaron's hand correctly, saw it live and still the same on replay. That play was on Rodgers, not Mike Williams. Rodgers was trying to throw more outside, but missed. Throwing his player under the bus is kind of his MO at this point.

So you haven’t followed him much over his career… cmon Fitz - you’re being too nice to him. This is him.

Just look at this clear comparison. This is what a leader actually sounds like and the ball to Ronnie Bell was far easier to catch, ball was perfect in his hands.

Cause he's kinda of an asshole beneath the layers .

You are assuming he hasn’t already had those talks. At some point these are professionals. Here’s a team mate vouching for Rodgers integrity on the field.

The media wants the truth until you tell them the truth. Literally anything Aaron says is gonna get criticized lol

Did he even make the right decision here? Reese Hall was open in the flat with 15 yards of open field a much easier pass to make and the potential still of getting a first down . At worst it would’ve been a fourth and manageable. Why does he even address that part of the play? This guy a joke. The Jets need to quit signing dried up old Green Bay Packer quarterbacks. It only gets them in trouble.
