What really happened to Ghost's father? Who was really behind his death and did Ghost know more than he was actually letting on? I personally think so. His facial reaction and body language was of someone who was carrying a huge level of guilt around the situation. Whether that's from potentially being indirectly involved, just knowing more, perhaps even being able to put a stop to it knowing that he could have done more, who knows. But I do think Ghost knew more. You guys all know my theory of who could have been behind it.
